Utah ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Utah Division of Corporations & Commercial Code requires that all Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report by the anniversary of the initial date of filing of the company. Renewal requests will be mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company 2 months prior to the renewal date.

The Annual Report is due on the anniversary of the company initial date of filing.
Limited Liability Company	$15.00
The Annual Report is due on the anniversary of the company initial date of filing.

Utah ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
